A Morning Prayer of Thanksgiving and Praise

Morning is such a special time to reflect on the power and goodness of the Lord. This morning (and everyday), may we marvel at the glory and wonder of our amazing Lord and Savior. May today’s prayer be a source of encouragement and strength for you.

A Morning Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,

This morning I thank You for this day, a day filled with joy, growth, opportunities, and blessings–a day that You have made. I am immensely thankful for Your goodness and grace that You that abounds in my life.

Lord, I marvel at how Your love overflows within me, filling my life filled with peace, comfort, and strength. You are Jehovah Jireh–You provide for my every need according to the richness of Your glory. 

I thank you for the grace You extend to us, despite my shortcomings and failures. You remind me every day of Your forgiveness and acceptance, no matter how many times I stumble and fall. 

Your grace is a precious gift, more than I could ever earn or deserve, and for that, I am eternally grateful!

Thank You for the promise in Your Word that declares that You are with me. Your goodness is reflected in the protection and guidance You provide in my life. I realize that every triumph I experience is a testament to Your powerful hand at work.

I appreciate Your unending kindness, shown through the simple everyday blessings. I praise you that Your mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23).

In times of sorrow, You are my refuge and strength. In times of joy, You are the source of my peace. No matter the circumstance, You are present in every season of my life. 

As I navigate this journey called life, may I never forget how You have filled my life with Your goodness, grace, and love. May I extend the same grace to others that You have freely given to me.
