The psalms are a wonderful place to find inspiring Scriptures and Bible verses on thanksgiving. One of the main writers of the psalms was king David, and many of these psalms were written in the midst of great challenges David faced.
If king David was able to thank God even in the midst of fleeing for his life to the wilderness to escape from king Saul, hiding in caves, and fighting grueling battles, we can surely find the strength within us to thank God in the midst of our circumstances as well!
